Major Network Upgrades Completed
01-26-2010This evening we completed a major fiber upgrade to our network. We currently have multiple redundant fiber connections to the internet, and now we have fiber to Jeptha Knob in place. This is a major increase in capacity and latency. This also offloads some network congestion to the Western portion of Shelby County, increasing capacity.

Issues with Netgear Routers
6-26-2009We have fielded a large volume of calls regarding issues with speed, corrupted downloads, issues with flash, and viewing YouTube. All of these issues have one primary thing in common, they have a Netgear Router. The problem is the SPI setting in the Netgear Router. Click Here for instructions on how to fix the issue.

5-26-2009We have had a few users call regarding us asking for your username and password. Let me state that we will not ask this information from you via email. We may use it to identify you over the phone, but never via email. Never respond to emails asking for usernames and/or passwords.
